Each cremation is supervised by a member of the Nassau Suffolk Crematory staff. Superintendent Peter Moloney and Carmine Passarella are responsible for all aspects of cremation.

Peter G. Moloney, Superintendent, grew up in the funeral industry and has 11 years of experience as a licensed New York State funeral director and advance funeral planning counselor. Peter manages and ensures that all cremations are supervised by Moloney family members and staff. He is a member of the Cremation Association of North America, New York State Funeral Directors Association, National Funeral Directors Association, International Cremation and Funeral Association, National Association of Approved Morticians, Preferred Funeral Directors Association, and Northern States Funeral Directors Association.

Carmine Passarella, Head Supervising Crematologist, has been affiliated with the Nassau-Suffolk Crematory, Ltd. since its opening in 1995. He has been certified by the Cremation Association of North America to perform all aspects of the cremation process and to adhere to all laws pertaining to cremation in the state of New York.
